No, you can't live in your holiday home year-round. Hendwr Caravan Park is intended for holiday use only, and cannot be used as a primary residence. The site license and planning permissions dictate that caravans are for holiday use and leisure purposes rather than as a permanent home. This policy ensures that the park maintains its leisure-focused atmosphere and complies with local regulations.
Owners are welcome to enjoy their static caravans any time during the season between the end of March to the end of October, however, you're welcome to speak to the team to discuss any out-of-season visits.
